At Gandhi Appliances, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your home appliance, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the appliance securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
